How do I contact you?

Where are you located?
The Lux Life Showroom is located in the King of Prussia Mall on the Mid-Level Floor. Our address is 690 W Dekalb Pike Space # 2076, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
The quickest way to get to our showroom is through the entrance between California Pizza Kitchen and Buffalo Wild Wings, near Bloomingdale’s.
 
What are your hours?
Our hours at Lux Life in KOP Mall are: M-Thurs. 10 AM - 8 PM, Fri-Sat. 10 AM - 9 PM, and Sunday 11 AM - 6 PM.
 
What kind of massage chairs do you carry?
As an authorized dealer, we carry Osaki and Titan massage chairs, as well as various miscellaneous therapeutic items such as eye massagers and leg massagers.
 
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through our payment system online at luxlifemassagechairs.com. Within the showroom store in-person, we accept the previous card payments but also are able to accept cash.
 
Can I call you to place an order?
Absolutely. If the process of purchasing one of our chairs via the website is not working out for you, please feel free to call the King of Prussia Lux Life Showroom location at 267-504-6440 to let us know that you are interested in purchasing a chair. You will be able to reach us during our showroom store hours as provided in the FAQ section.
 
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all chairs in compliance with corporate return policy. However, buyer is responsible for all shipping and delivery charges. There are no refunds after 30 days. Upon discovery of a defect in a purchased chair within 30 days of purchase, buyer will be able to receive a new unit in exchange for the defective unit. After 30 days however, warranty service will control and technicians will be sent out to observe the defect and determine how to cure the defect.
 
What is your delivery/shipping method?
Curbside Delivery is our standard form of delivery and is included in the purchase of any chair from Lux Life. With Curbside Delivery, the trucking delivery company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you the buyer will be responsible for bringing it into your residence/business.
Since massage chairs, you may require assistance from a family member or friend. Please note that with Curbside Delivery, the purchased massage chair will arrive UNASSEMBLED in its original factory boxes.
An instruction manual will come with the delivery to guide with self-assembly. HOWEVER, you will have the option of choosing White Glove Delivery for an extra cost. White Glove Delivery entails full hand-delivery of purchased product into buyer’s residence/business, assembly of the chair by technician(s), and re-positioning of the chair to the desired spot you would like.
